# Mauzy Cooling, Heating, Plumbing & Electrical

_Company profile on San Diego Water Heater Guide — verified 2026-06-10._

Mauzy is a large Escondido-based home services firm covering 25-plus named communities across San Diego County and beyond, with footer hours posted "Open 24 hrs, Mon–Sun" and emergency and same-day service advertised. Its verified CSLB license carries C-36 Plumbing, C-20 HVAC, and C-10 Electrical classifications — but was issued in May 2024 to M N Mauzy Mechanical Inc, while the brand advertises "trusted since 1969," a gap worth a direct question. It publishes a $99 water heater flush promotion and offers financing.
