# Same Day Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

_Company profile on San Diego Water Heater Guide — verified 2026-06-10._

Same Day Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, founded in 2019 in Kearny Mesa, makes the most enforceable scheduling promise in the San Diego market: if it does not arrive the same day it schedules plumbing service, the service fee is waived — in writing on its water heaters page. Its verified CSLB license (C-36, C-20, C-10, issued October 2019) matches the founding claim exactly. It publishes a $99 diagnostic fee, advertised water heater replacement discounts, and claims a two-year money-back guarantee on replacements and repairs.

- Request the two-year money-back guarantee terms in writing as applied to your job
