# SOS Affordable Rooter Plumbing

_Company profile on San Diego Water Heater Guide — verified 2026-06-10._

SOS Affordable Rooter is a Chula Vista plumbing company whose operating corporation holds an active C-36/C-20 license at the same address and phone shown on the site, with continuity to qualifier Ronald La Scala’s original 1982 sole-owner license. It covers tank, tankless, and commercial water heaters across the South Bay and advertises 24/7 emergency service. One caveat: the number displayed in the site footer is the older, now-inactive license, not the active corporate one.

- Ask what warranty applies to water heater installs and repairs
